You are bidding on a ISO 38 mm Phototube adapter with  male T-2 thread for camera mounting
This is the piece you are bidding on. An ISO-38mm camera port adapter using a T2 mount  thread for camera attachment. The total length  of the insertion piece to stop plate is 30mm. The inner diameter is 33.6mm  allowing for larger sensor size.

You might ask. How does this attach to my  camera?  All SLR, DSLR, and MILC  (Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Cameras) can use a T2 female Bayonet  (Left Side). Then screw in the adapter.  Followed by the camera  attached as shown below.  Please note I also sell all T2s  but you can buy them on ebay or you may  already have one on hand.
This is an example like above but this is a mirrorless camera T2.  Mirrorless T2 are longer.
All attached to Nikon camera using a T2 Bayonet. Please note that each camera model uses a different bayonet. see  camera bayonets below.  Also note The ISO38 mm T2 you are using is now  supplied in black anodized coating as shown above.
