I have been asked by a close friend if I would find wonderful homes for her amazing Mayan pre-Columbian (c. 700AD) pottery artifacts and I am more than happy to do so.  She is parting with her collection which has been in her family for many years.  They have kept in a climate controlled environment for as long as she's had them.  She has no idea (and neither do I) what exactly this (and five other pieces) are exactly.  Thus, any wisdom than anyone would pass my way would be greatly appreciated, especially if it helps more accurately describe this (or any other) item.  I can say that is is very old and very, very cool.  All of these pre-Columbian Mayan pottery pieces have tremendous detail.  I have take high-resolutions from every angle displayed below.  (Note [updated 4/15/19]:  I had a correspondence from a fellow eBayer and an artifacts/antiquities seller and he provided the information below.  Listing has been updated to more accurately reflect the item.)
Character: Mayan Human Figuri Pipe with fingers or arms interlocked.  Rim of the pipe appears to be designed so as to resemble a human face.
