LEGO Girls Butterfly Hot Pink Fairy Halloween Wings Glitter DressUp Costume 2013.
These have some kind of cardboard or plastic in them which makes them stiff.  They have elastic straps with hook and eye closure in the back. In very good condition and pretty good quality I'm sure they were bored at Legoland.
16" at widest point
12" across bottom wings
14" length from tip to tip
5.5" in centre
14" long elastic straps, that have a stretch capacity up to 20".
