New in the original manufacturer's packaging, this is  3 pc accessory pkt. In each pkt, 1 turquoise sequin flower clip/pin back so you can use it in your hair or on a garment, and a pair(2) of black organdy ruffle sleeves with turquoise sequin trim.  This pkt was used with a ballet costume but has a retail value.  I am showing the model wearing it with the costume.  Take any plain leotard and skirt and turn it into a lovely ballet costume with this item.
