late 80's model with velcro bracelets.  definitely a must have at amusement parks.  Unstretched the coil is about 10" but stretches out to about 6 feet.
If the handling time is set at more than 2 days, it's an indicator that I'm either on vacation or getting ready to go, so it's not accurate.  If you need a more precise idea for deliver, please send me a message.  I'm usually able to retrieve those when I travel.
