    Great vintage thermometer.  Works as it should.  Made in USA.  Purchased from a retired employee who used to do some design work for RCA.  This looks like a possible blank that was half finished or one that never went into production?  About 24" long,  mounting screws are still taped to the back...as shown.  It's not mint,  but pretty close to it.  Some signs of wear,  nips,  scuffs...all minor..
