This piece is made of Talavera, which is a type of majolica earthenware, colorful glazed type of ceramic. This technique adorns tiles, buildings/architecture, patio pottery, kitchens utensils and home decor sculptures.
Talavera pottery is one of the oldest tin-glazed ceramic in America and was been passed the technique over generations.
Clarification: This piece has been 100% handcrafted, every detail has been sculpted, painted and curated by artisans in our shop.
Each bowl holds liquid up to 2 oz or 75 ml approximately, has a 2 inch diameter and 3 1/4 inch height.
